50 calf raises

So far, I'm four for four, but I'm a little concerned what 50 calf raises a day is going to do to my delicate and lady-like calves. Mostly, anything that can make me do 15 push ups a day is a miracle. I like this work out because it takes about ten minutes, and I can do it in my underwear from the comfort of my living room while watching football/Weeds/the League/Walking Dead reruns.

ReplyDeleteWill you do two sets of the December workout daily? I'm just too lazy to work out....ever since June. I'm thinking that spring half marathon is going to be a breeze!
ReplyDeleteUmmm...I'm 7 days in and waiting for push-ups to be anything other than GOD AWFUL. Mostly I use the workout to wake me up before I start the late-night studying. I'm sure the lady downstairs is jazzed about the jumping jacks (just like I'm jazzed about her being up in my bizness).
